The Wyoming Coaches Association announced Thursday that it had selected four coaches for enshrinement in the WCA Hall of Fame.

Sundance's Jim O'Connor, Cheyenne Central's Brick Cegelski, Mountain View's Tim Gonzales and Buffalo's Dan Barent will all be inducted at the WCA Hall of Fame banquet in Casper in July.

O'Connor coached both boys basketball and track at Sundance, leading the Bulldogs to a Class 2A runner-up finish in basketball in 2008 and the boys track team to 2A state titles in 2006 and '07.

Cegelski was Central's head football coach from 1996-2013, winning a 4A state title in 2005. He has also been a longtime assistant for both the indoor and outdoor track and field teams with the Indians.

Gonzales was the Buffalos' head football coach from 2003-11 and is currently the school's head wrestling coach. In addition, he has assisted with the girls track and field team.

Barent has coached a multitude of sports during his 32 years with the Bison, but is primarily associated with the wrestling program. He led Buffalo to back-to-back state wrestling titles (1990-91) and coached the boys soccer team to the 1997 state championship.
