Health Bites: Exercise Avoidance: Conquering the Beast
Jodi McCain, a radiation therapist at Rocky Mountain Oncology Center in Casper, lost 61 pounds last year. It was a life-changing experience for her. She took photos of herself throughout the process to help her see the changes and to motivate herself to keep going.
