On Sept. 16, it will be five years since the crash that killed eight University of Wyoming cross country runners. The runners were returning to Laramie from Fort Collins after shopping for spikes. They were killed in the area of Tie Siding on U.S. Highway 287 after being hit by drunk driver Clint Haskins.
