Buford Reopens
Vietnamese businessman Nguyen Dinh Pham, left, talks to local residents Tuesday in Buford. The town was unofficially renamed 'PhinDeli Town Buford' and is being used to market the Phin Deli brand of Vietnamese coffee. Buford, the smallest town in the U.S. with only a single resident, was sold to Nguyen at auction in April 2012. Alan Rogers | Star-Tribune
