Wyoming Indian Chiefs

COACH: Craig Ferris.

SEASON AVERAGES: 80.9 PF; 49.3 PA.

ROAD TO CASPER: 23-1; first in West Regional; beat Greybull 65-39 in championship game.

LAST STATE TITLE: 2009.

FAVORITE, CONTENDER OR UNDERDOG: Favorite. There's no doubt that the Chiefs are favorites to defend their state title from a year ago and it's not without cause. The only team to truly give Wyoming Indian trouble during the year -- Kemmerer -- was eliminated at regionals by Lovell. But the biggest question the Chiefs will face is whether their speed can overcome the other teams' height advantages.
