FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the "Note") dated September 18, 2020, executed and delivered by Garrett Carver to Western Vista Federal Credit Union and a real estate mortgage (the "Mortgage") of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Garrett Carver, an unmarried man (the "Mortgagors"), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Western Vista Federal Credit Union, and which Mortgage was recorded on September 21, 2020, as Instrument No. 1089242 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Natrona County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the mortgage was assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Assignment dated: 044021 Assignment recorded: 047021 Assignment recording information: Instrument No. 1102663 All in the records of the County clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Natrona County, Wyoming.
