The employee is generally assigned prioritized tasks to achieve production and efficiency goals. High school diploma/GED, Knowledge of the practices and materials utilized in the repair and maintenance of water and/or utility wellfield systems. Maintenance tech i This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This is the entry-level classification in the Maintenance Technician series. This class is distinguished by the performance of the more routine tasks and duties assigned and in assisting higher-level staff in performing the more complex and difficult tasks. High school diploma/GED and/or completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. Maintenance tech ii This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This is the second level classification, employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies, receives general supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician III, exercises technical supervision over less experienced Maintenance Technicians and Laborers. High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience. 2 - 4 years of plant maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC Maintenance SuperviSor This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the employees who maintain development and operating systems as well as equipment and facilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Supervise the maintenance and repair of site facilities and equipment, plan and schedule work with supervisors, contractors, and employees. Prioritize work orders and work, including the coordination of priorities with department heads, written and oral reports on status of activities, prepare annual budgets, and supervise emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and other duties as assigned. High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and maintenance experience including responsible supervisory experience in maintenance and repair work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience. 4+ years of maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC. Wellfield operator Responsible for operation of wellfield production systems and maintaining regulatory compliance in those operations. This is a shift work position with rotating shifts. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Monitor and operate in situ recovery wellfield, deep disposal wells, obtain samples, record flows and pressures both written/digital form. Inspect header houses, pipelines, injections and filters. Respond to alarms, communicate with operators and other crews. Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Each of these employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. All employees must be knowledgeable about and follow the Company’s safety policies. Ur-Energy is a dynamic mining company operating the Lost Creek in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium facility.
