CHIEF NURSING OFFICER Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis is recruiting for a Chief Nursing Officer. The hospital will start a building project the end of this year. We will be building new patient rooms, E.R. and Surgical Services. The CNO will manage, direct, plan and coordinate all aspects of clinical services including Nursing Services (Medical/Surgical, Swing Bed, Critical Care, Obstetrics, Surgical Services, Ambulatory Services, Emergency Room and Case Management, and Care Coordination/Utilization Review. The CNO will assist the CEO and other leaders in the development and implementation of hospital strategic plans and serves as part of the hospital’s senior leadership team. • Current RN licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Wyoming. • A BSN is required and a master’s degree is preferred. • A minimum of five years of management experience and at least five years of clinical experience. Previous experience in administration or management is required. • Candidates must have well developed skills in budgeting, coaching and mentorship, conflict negotiation, customer service, evaluating care and employee performance, team building, strategic planning and staff development.
