TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The following bidding and contract documents for construction of the projects listed herein will be received by mail or delivered to the Wyoming Department of Transportation Office at 3411 So. 3rd St., Laramie, Wyoming, 82070 - Phone - (307)745-2100, or delivered on the morning of the letting at the Hilton Garden Inn & UW Conference Ctr., 2229 E. Grand Ave in Laramie, Wyoming 82070 Phone (307) 745-5500. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the bid envelope is received by Contracts and Estimates personnel, which can be verified by calling 307-777-4487. Sealed bids will be received until 9:00 AM, May 9, 2019, immediately after which time the Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the Hilton Garden Inn & UW Conference Ctr. in Laramie The Department of Transportation places the responsibility for delivery of the bids to the letting with the bidder. Bidders may elect to have their bids delivered by any delivery service or may hand carry their bids to the above street address. Any bids received at the letting after 9:00 AM on the above date will be returned to the bidders unopened.
