Low vision support meets

The Casper Area Low Vision Support Group meeting will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Casper Senior Center. The guest speaker is Mike from AAA Casper Fire Extinguisher. He will share ideas on how to stay safe at home. There will be time for questions.

Free senior fun

Free to people 60 or older, if you like to dance, come join Joyce’s Stompers for easy clogging (a form of tap dancing) specially designed for seniors on Monday mornings only at 10:50 a.m. on the dance floor in the dining room at 1831 East 4th Street. First call Joyce at 237-4908, so you will not be sent somewhere else. It is moderate, easy clogging giving great exercise for helping flexibility, coordination, increasing endurance and strength and helps exercise the brain by learning different dance routines. If you cannot stand, you can exercise your legs tapping the steps to the music sitting on a chair. You are most welcome. Come make new friends.

Tween Monday

Students in grades 4 to 6 are invited to a card game at 4 p.m. Tweens will play an easy-to-learn, fast-paced game similar to slapjack. Make sure you come with quick wits, fast reflexes and tough hands. All supplies provided at no cost. Call 577-7323 for more information.

Dem men meet

The Natrona County Democratic Men’s Group meets at 5:30 p.m. at The Yellowstone Garage, 355 W. Yellowstone Hwy. Disbursement of current precinct information will be handed out in an effort to provide growth and participation in precincts. Attendees can order from the menu. Dance on Mondays

The Casper Dance Club classes are held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday nights at the Senior Center ballroom, 1831 E. Fourth. Only $3. Beginners and experienced dancers of all ages are welcome. Two-step, waltz, cha-cha, East and West coast, etc.
