Buy early bird tickets

The Friends of the Natrona County Library will sell Summer Early Bird Sale and Summer Second Chance Sale tickets from 10 a.m., to 1 p.m. at the Natrona County Library. Early Bird Sale tickets are $20 each. Second Chance Sale tickets are $10 each. Fifty-five tickets are available for each sale. Buyers will have first pick of the selection while avoiding the long lines at the Summer Bag Sale. Both early sales are regular sales, not bag sales. All items are $2 or less each. Avoid the Saturday lines by picking up your tickets on Thursday.

The summer bag sale will be held on June 8 from 9:20 to 4:30 p.m. with bag prices at $3 and $5. The shelves are bursting with great selections for all ages. All sales take place at Natrona County Library.

Tacos at UCC

Better late than never, the annual Taco Bar at UCC is 5 to 7:30 p.m., 1511 S. Melrose. The cost is just a free will donation.

Collectors meet

The Antique Collectors and Vintage Club will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Senior Center, 1831 E. 4th Street (east of the Casper Community Recreation Center). This month’s program will be presented by Ann Robinson on her Shirley Temple Doll Collection. This will be an expanded presentation of the collection that has been on display at the senior center. Club members and anyone interested in joining the club are encouraged to attend this meeting. Refreshments will be served.

The club’s board would like to thank everyone who attended the May Antique and Collectibles Sale at the fairgrounds, and the volunteers who helped make it possible. The club is looking for vendors for upcoming antique shows and flea markets. If interested, please call Donnie June at 436-5736 for more details.
