The LEAP Advisory Council was created to ensure the voice of emerging leaders is heard and utilized within the national accounting and finance organization.
Khrystyn Lutz, vice president of operations at Pathfinder Federal Credit Union in Casper has been appointed to chair the LEAP Advisory Council for the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA). LEAP, which stands for Lead Emerge Advance with Passion, was formed by AFWA to ensure emerging leaders have a voice within the national organization.
“As the membership of our organization ages, The AFWA National Board recognizes the importance of not only designing programming that appeals to young professionals but merges them into leadership roles as well. We’re looking forward to the insight the LEAP Advisory Council will present as far as moving our organization forward for the next generation,” said Renee Richards, Chair of the National AFWA Membership Committee.
Lutz is serving her second term on the LEAP Advisory Council. The Council is made up of up to 10 young professional members from the national organization.
