Downtown Casper kicks off the holiday season with a day of shopping, ice skating and holiday festivities. A “downtown Christmas Walking Mall” starts at 10 a.m. and spotlights local shops for Small Business Saturday.

At 12 p.m. is the grand opening for the David Street Station ice skating rink. The Christmas tree lighting at 5 p.m. there is followed by the Christmas Parade from 5:15 to 6 p.m.

The Casper Area Transportation Coalition (CATC) and The Bus from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. will operate a special downtown route.
