An engagement announcement takes place in advance of a wedding and will include the following: couples’ names, their parents’ names, a brief paragraph about the couples’ education and current employment.

Please include the full first and last names of the bride and groom and the cities of residence for each person when completing this form. If a parent is deceased, please include the word “deceased” after the name.

Deadline

The deadline for submitting engagement announcements is noon on Wednesday for the following Sunday.

Photo Specifications

Sharp color or black-and-white photos reproduce best. Each face in the photo should be at least the size of a quarter or larger for best reproduction. Use a photo where the couple’s heads are at the same height and close together.
