Grammy award-winning gospel and contemporary Christian recording artist Mandisa will headline the 2018 Uprising Music Festival on Saturday in Casper.

Other artists scheduled to perform include Branan Murphy, Austin French, Bread of Stone, Rhett Walker and more.

In its sixth year, the Uprising is a free Christian Music Festival. It will be held at Wells Park, 1610 East K Street in Casper (across from the Boys & Girls Club). Gates open at 10 a.m. with a community worship service at noon and live music to follow throughout the day.

The Uprising Music Festival began in 2012 and is made possible through donations from supporters and the community. A generous donor has issued a matching challenge of $25,000. Donations made to the Uprising will be matched dollar for dollar, doubling the impact of contributions. The Uprising Music Festival is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
