CASPER—James “Jim” G. Fox died peacefully at Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, Wyoming on December 15, 2018 at the age of 82.
Jim was born September 13, 1936 in Thermopolis, Wyoming to Dean and Dorothy Fox. He was a loving son, grandson, husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed. He worked in the oil and gas industry and retired from Dresser Industries after 42 years. He loved hunting, fishing and being around family and friends. He told amazing stories about his childhood adventures growing up at Togwotee Mountain Lodge and Casper, as well as his travel experiences throughout his oil and gas career.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Fox; five children, including daughters, Tamara and Loren Fox, two other daughters and a son; seven grandchildren, including Tyler Eiserman, Logan Fox, Alec Kenefick, Amy Fox, and three other grandchildren; two nieces, including Erin Aylward; and one nephew.
Jim was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents; aunt, Myra Skelton; and sister, Faye Aylward.
