CASPER – Raymond Vernal “Ray” Clark of Casper, Wyoming, beloved 96 year-old husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and decorated WWII veteran, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 27, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

Raymond dedicated the majority of his adult life to law enforcement. His passion was his family.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jayne; four children, Linda Kersey of Anderson, SC, Polly (Don) Mosey of Sioux Falls, SD, Randy (Gail) Clark of Laramie, Wyoming, Jim (Barbara) Clark of Casper, Wyoming; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Newcomer Casper Chapel followed by his memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Burial with full military honors will be held at the Black Hills National Cemetery on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Full obituary available at newcomercasper.com
