CASPER—Tierney Dawn Lehman was born in Casper, WY on July 27, 1984 to Billy Unangst and Tammy Foster. Tierney’s family relocated to Las Vegas when she was three and this is where she met the love of her life and soul mate Zachary Lehman in 1999. It was love at first sight and they had an unbreakable bond and passion for one another.
Tierney and Zachary married on April 20, 2007. Their union produced two children, Brendin in 2006 and Tarryn in 2008. In 2011 Zach and Tierney adopted Paige Holmes as their own.
Tierney lived in Washington state for a time and worked as a Custom Broker on the border. She then moved back to Las Vegas where she worked as a Supply Supervisor at Medic West for ten years. The family returned to Casper where she worked until the time of her passing for Dr. Michel Skaf at Cedars Health and Casper Cardiology as a medical Assistant and Receptionist. Tierney had a passion for helping people and took her job very personally.
Tierney was a very loving, caring, passionate and loyal mother, wife, daughter and friend. She always had an open heart and revolving door for anyone in need. Tierney loved life and her family with a deep passion. She enjoyed camping, road trips and frequent vacations with her family.
Tierney is survived by her husband, Zach; children, Brendin, Tarryn and Paige; and her parents, Tammy and Brad Frater, and Billy and Doreen Unangst.
There will not be a day that goes by that this wonderful woman is not missed.
