A Tuesday night bomb threat left nobody harmed or in danger, a Natrona County Sheriff's Office spokesman said.

The threat was called in around 7:35 p.m., and the area was searched by the sheriff's bomb response team, Sgt. Aaron Shatto said.

Shatto declined to specify to whom the threat was directed. A sheriff's office call log indicates a "bomb incident" was called in on the 1500 block of South Walnut Street.

The Teton County Sheriff's recently responded to a similar threat, Shatto said. He declined to speculate if the two incidents were linked.

The sergeant would not say if his office had identified any suspects in the case.

"The Natrona County Sheriff's Office does not feel at this time that there is any danger to the public," Shatto said.
