Recently a co-worker at Wyoming Medical Center experienced a tragic fire at his home. The family lost their house, its contents, three vehicles and one of their four dogs. The community of WMC came together to support them in their time of need.

The Therapy Department arranged a bake sale and raffle. We are especially thankful to the following persons and businesses that contributed so generously: Wendy's for the chili for Frito pie; John Byrne for a framed floral print; Sonny's RV for a weekend RV rental; Medcom for Olive Garden gift cards; Gail Brown for hand crafted bracelets; Kimberly's for a purse; Donna Ramsey for a purse; Wonder Wash for a gift card: Mari Riggs for Avon products; Justin Peterson for an Old Chicago's gift card; and, the Gift Shop at WMC for Horse of a Different Color wall art.

Many other departments and individuals at WMC also contributed gift cards, money, time, baked goods and emotional support. There were offers of clothing, vehicles, housing, money and prayers. We are proud to be part of the WMC family and their caring ways.

Thank you to one and all -- including those in the community that happened by the bake sale or bought raffle tickets. Casper is truly a caring place!
