I just read your article about Casper College celebrating their 50 year anniversary of the School of Nursing. It goes back much further, except we were only able to take the first two years at Casper Junior College. I entered in September 1954 on the top floor of the old high school. We were the last class to do so I believe. We graduated in the spring of 1956 from the new Casper College building. We then had to go to UW in Laramie for the last year (for only an RN) or two years for a BSN. Due to illness we had 3 instructors that first year. Miss Sara Suyematsu became our instructor starting the second year and I believe remained there for many years.
