Fink: Impeachment is good for the ego

I find the current impeachment affairs concerning President Trump so amusing. Trump, nearly daily, presents his deceitful proclamations, such that he finds great difficulty in keeping track of which is the who and when is the whereby. His audience determines what he has to say, whether to Republican conventions, White House personnel, the right-wing news media, the left-wing news media etc. He doesn’t change his mind, he changes his audience to match his reframing of his discussions.

The Kenneth Starr, Republican-sponsored investigations into the Clinton’s real estate affairs concluded with Monica, where there were no national interest concerns, wherein testimony Bill made his version of deceitful testimony to protect Hillary. The Starr investigations had no consequences other than for the Democrats' development of a sense of humor and Republicans' sense of charity to investigations.

President Nixon surrendered his cover-up of Watergate election process disconformities, while currently the White House cover-up of Trump’s election disconformities is still intact. I wonder not why. It’s called ego nurturing in my book, people lacking in spiritual discipline due to self-servicing priorities in the public domain.

With Trump, it’s his can-do-no-wrong narcissism which allows for him to do as he pleases and yet Democrats have not yet investigated his Monica-type affairs by the number. Trump cannot dream of his mistakes' corrections, as he is still in the habit of pleasing daddy, at all cost, from his self-induced trance, which is the derivation of prejudice.

What is so interesting is that in the whole of the animal kingdom, only humans produce politicians!
