Casper College's Jalen Harris shoots over a Trinidad State Junior College player on Nov. 1 at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym in Casper.

The No. 14 Casper College men’s basketball team finishes its road swing at Miles Community College on Saturday night for a scheduled 7 p.m. tip in Miles City, Montana.

First-year head coach Shaun Gutting and the Thunderbirds (6-1) enter that contest on a modest two-game winning streak after suffering their first defeat of the season.

The T-Birds held on to beat Western Nebraska CC 88-86 on Tuesday, thanks in no small part to Jalen Harris’ 25-point performance. Philip Pepple Jr. (11), Traizon Byrd (13), Donavan Freeman (12) and Douglas graduate Eric Jamerman (11) also finished in double digits that game.
