Casper College's Zion Tordoff goes in for a dunk in the T-Birds' game against Central Wyoming College on Jan. 9 at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym.

Casper College sophomore Zion Tordoff signed last week to continue his basketball career at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

The 6-foot-8, 220-pound Tordoff averaged 7.4 points and 6.3 rebounds per game for the Thunderbirds this past season. The native of Bradford, England started 19 games and shot 60.6 percent from the floor in helping the T-Birds (32-3) win the Region IX championship for the first time in 23 years.

Marist, which plays in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, finished 12-19 this past season.
