The Casper College men's basketball team has moved up to No. 12 from No. 15 in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association Division I poll, released on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds (13-1) received 190 points, which moved them just ahead of College of Southern Idaho, a pre-season top-10 team responsible for the T-Birds' lone loss.

One of the nation's best offense led the T-Birds to a 2-0 record last week, which included a 125-26 win over Little Big Horn College.

The T-Birds host Rexburg United for games on Friday and Saturday at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym before the semester break.

Salt Lake College, which Casper defeated earlier this season, improved from No. 10 to No. 9 in the latest poll.

Sheridan College (12-1), ranked No. 24 in last week's poll, moved up to No. 22.
