No. 23 Casper College women's basketball team improves to 6-0

The Casper College women's basketball team remained unbeaten on the season with a 56-47 victory over Snow College on Friday at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym.

The 23rd-ranked T-Birds (6-0) led just 27-26 at the half but created some separation in the third quarter with an 11-6 scoring advantage.

Juneau Jones scored a season-high 22 points for the T-Birds, with Kammie Ragsdale (Pine Bluffs) adding a career-high 12 and Natalia Otkhmezuri 11. Jones also grabbed eight rebounds.

The T-Birds wrap up play in the Pizza Hut Invitational on Saturday when they host Central Wyoming College.
