Despite suiting up only eight players, the Casper College women's basketball team held on for a 68-65 victory over Otero Junior College on Thursday in Trinidad, Colorado.

The Thunderbirds (8-3) had four players finish in double figures and six score at least seven points. Maggie Justinak (Rock Springs) led the way with 14 points while Raquel Ferrer-Bernad added 13 and Ashley Tehau (Kaycee) and Nerea Baena pitched in 10 apiece. Bailey Johnson came off the bench to score eight points and leading scorer Lucie Hoskova contributed seven.

Casper College has a week off before facing Midland College in the Air Force Prep Classic next Friday.
