A trio of Wyoming Cowboy wrestlers -- Cole Verner, Hayden Hastings and Tate Samuelson -- all received at-large bids to compete at the 2019 NCAA Championships in Pittsburgh, starting March 21.

All three were chosen by the NCAA Division I Wrestling Committee, whose at-large selections were released on Tuesday.

The three at-large bids join their already-qualified teammates -- Montorie Bridges, Sam Turner, Branson Ashworth and Brian Andrews -- at the NCAA Championships. Those four secured automatic berths at last weekend's Big 12 Championships.

Seven wrestlers is the most for the Cowboys' program since 2013 and ties the highest amount qualified under head coach Mark Branch.

Seeding and brackets for the NCAA Tournament will be released on the NCAA Selection Show broadcast on Wednesday at 4 p.m. via the NCAA's website.
