University of Wyoming swimmers Isobel Ryan and Hanna McIean-Leonard did not compete in their scheduled events at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships on Friday and Cowboys swimmer Seth Bogert will not compete on Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio as adverse weather prevented them from making the trip to Cleveland.

Ryan qualified to compete in the 100 backstroke after winning the Mountain West Championship in that event. McIean-Leonard qualified for the national meet in the 100 butterfly after breaking the school record in that event at the Mountain West Championships. Bogert qualified to swim the 1,650 freestyle after winning the conference title in that event to end the regular season.

This brings an unceremonious end to the Wyoming swimming season.
