Brian Hill has signed with the Atlanta Falcons' active roster, the team announced Tuesday. Hill had been on the team's practice squad.
The Falcons drafted Hill in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, but waived him last October. The Cincinnati Bengals later signed him off the Falcons' practice squad. Last week, the Falcons signed Hill to their practice squad after the Bengals released him.
Hill twice set the single-season rushing record at Wyoming and finished his three-year career as Wyoming's all-time leading rusher (4,287 yards).
Hill posted a picture on Instagram of him signing along with the caption, "A week ago God decided to test my faith. Hopefully this is him telling me I passed."
The Falcons (0-1) host Carolina (1-0) on Sunday.
