For the third time in four years, the Wyoming men's basketball team will be represented at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Cowboys senior Justin James is one of 64 seniors from around the country invited to the showcase event, which runs Wednesday through Saturday. Hayden Dalton took part in the event last year while Josh Adams played there in 2016.

James led the Mountain West in scoring this season with 22.1 points per game and also led the Cowboys with 8.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game. He finished his career with 2,061 points, which is the No. 3 mark in program history.

James is one of eight players on the Cherry Bekaert team, which opens round-robin play Thursday at 5 p.m. MT against Portsmouth Sports Club.
