Freshman Karla Erjavec scored a career-high 18 points and the Wyoming women's basketball team remained unbeaten at home with a 78-74 victory over Denver University on Tuesday at the Arena-Auditorium.

Erjavec, a 5-foot-10 guard from Croatia, was 7 of 12 from the field, including a 3-of-4 performance from behind the arc.

Seniors Bailee Cotton and Marta Gomez combined for 31 points and 22 rebounds and freshman Tereza Vitulova and junior Taylor Rusk added seven points apiece.

The Cowgirls (5-2) led 43-30 at the half and held off the Pioneers (6-2) to improve to 4-0 at home.

Wyoming hosts Idaho on Saturday, with tip-off scheduled for 1 p.m.
