Tereza Vitulova had a career night with 25 points and eight rebounds to lead the Wyoming women's basketball team to a 66-57 victory over North Dakota State on Monday in Fargo, North Dakota.

The junior was 12-of-17 from the field in helping the Cowgirls (3-3) snap a three-game losing streak. Senior Taylor Rusk and sophomore Quinn Weidemann added 12 points apiece and sophomore Karla Erjavec finished with seven points and a game-high seven assists.

The game was close throughout, with UW taking a 34-33 lead into the halftime locker room. The Cowgirls didn't take the lead for good until freshman Jaeden Vaifanua's jumper with 38 seconds remaining in the third quarter made it 48-46. They then outscored the Bison 18-11 over the final 10 minutes.

Wyoming returns to the court Saturday when it hosts New Mexico Highlands at the Arena-Auditorium. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
