The University of Wyoming women’s basketball team takes a four-game winning streak into Fort Collins, Colorado, on Saturday for the latest edition of the Border War against Colorado State. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Moby Gym.

The Cowgirls (13-5, 6-3 Mountain West) are coming off an 80-60 home win over Air Force on Wednesday in which they shot 62.5 percent from the field. Wyoming leads the MW in both field goal percentage (47.0) and 3-point field goal percentage (41.4).

Senior Marta Gomez and Bailee Cotton lead the way for the Cowgirls offensively as Gomez is averageing 15.3 points per game and Cotton 11.3 to go along with a team-best 9.0 rebounds per contest. Junior Taylor Rusk is pitching in 10.6 points per game while freshman Karla Erjavec is averaging 9.2 ppg.

This will be the 101st meeting between the Cowgirls and the Rams (8-13, 2-8 MW), with the series tied at 50 games apiece.
