After a slow start, the Wyoming women's basketball team pulled away in the second quarter and coasted to an 81-45 exhibition victory over Adams State on Friday at the Arena-Auditorium in Laramie.

Sophomore Tereza Vitulova and freshman Jaeden Vaifanua each scored 11 points to lead the Cowgirls while senior Taylor Rusk and sophomore Quinn Weidemann added 10 apiece. Rusk also had a game-high six rebounds and four assists.

Wyoming freshmen McKinley Bradshaw (Lyman) and Paige Powell (Cody) combined for 14 points off the bench and junior Jaye Johnson (Natrona County, Casper College) scored five points.
