University of Wyoming sophomore Cristiana Ciasca carded a final-round 68 Tuesday to tie for medalist honors at the Hobble Creek Classic in Springville, Utah.

Ciasca shot even par for the week, finishing with a 54-hole total of 213. California Baptist's Jocelyn Chee also finished with a 213.

The Cowgirls placed fifth in the team standings with a score of 884 (299-294-290), just five strokes behind team winner Cal State Fullerton.

Also for the Cowgirls, Erin Sargent had a 7-over 220, Michelle Nguyen shot a 12-over 225, Samantha Hui finished with a 16-over 229 and Caitlyn Skavdahl (Natrona County) had a 23-over 236.
