The University of Wyoming men's golf team shot 2-over par in the final round of the Ron Moore Intercollegiate in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, on Sunday to finish third overall.

The Cowboys were at 2-under for the three-day event, finishing four strokes back of host Denver University and one back of North Dakota State.

Sophomore Kirby Coe-Kirkham (Sheridan) ended the weekend in a tie for seventh with a 5-under 208. He was four strokes back of co-champs Jackson Solem of DU and Jack Castiglia of Northern Colorado.

Rounding out the scoring for the Cowboys were Carl Underwood and Tyler Severin, who tied for 15th with 1-over 214; Dan Starzinski with a 4-over 217 and Bryce Waters with a 7-over 220.
