Wyoming's Brayden Love wins WAC Swimmer of the Week honors

University of Wyoming junior Brayden Love was honored as the Western Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week on Monday.

Love set two school records over the weekend at the Missouri Invite. His first mark came in the preliminaries of the 100 butterfly, when he touched the wall in 47.20 seconds. He finished fourth in the finals.

In the 200 butterfly his time of 1:44.41 in the prelims broke another UW record. He finished third in the finals. Love also swam on the Cowboys' 200 freestyle relay team that placed third.
