The University of Wyoming volleyball team concludes its four-game homestand this weekend when it hosts Mountain West opponents Utah State and Boise State.

The Cowgirls (12-6, 4-2 MW) are coming off home victories over Colorado State and Air Force last weekend. Sophomore Jackie McBride was named the MW Offensive Player of the Week after recording 23 kills and a .354 hitting percentage in the wins.

Senior Emily Lewis leads a balanced attack with 153 kills, followed by Reed Copeland (143), Tara Traphagan and Halie McArdle (139) and McBride (138).

The Cowgirls currently lead the MW and are third nationally in blocks per set with 3.08. Copeland is No. 1 in the country with 1.78 bps, followed by Traphagan at 1.13 and McBride at 1.10.

UW faces Utah State (3-14, 1-5 MW) on Thursday and Boise State (11-6, 3-3 MW) on Saturday.
