For the boys, regional champs Douglas and Worland advance to the semifinals along with Lyman and Buffalo. Girls' regional champs Lyman and Buffalo keep their championship hopes alive, as do Douglas and Newcastle.
East Regional champion Bolts build 12-0 lead and race past Trojans while Broncs take care of Green River.
Bearcats went on a 14-0 run in the first quarter to take control and set up a semifinal game against Lyman.
The Bearcats, who improved to 26-1 with Thursday's 72-32 semifinal win over Lovell, have been driven all season by last year's loss to Rawlins.
