Meeteetse

As reported earlier this week by woming-football.com, Meeteetse head football coach and activities director Matt Jensen is leaving the school to become the principal at Riverside Middle/High School in Basin.

Jensen coached Meeteetse for six years (2013-18), leading the Longhorns to the Class 1A/6-man state championship in 2013 and to a runner-up finish in 2015. He was 48-16 during his time on the sidelines.

The Longhorns were 7-3 last season and advanced to the semifinals before losing to Burlington.

Meeteetse joins Big Piney, Wyoming Indian and Pinedale as schools looking for new head coaches.
