New bus riders should complete the bus registration process for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Families are asked to register their students for bus transportation only if they plan to ride the bus consistently. With accurate registration data on active bus riders, the district can maintain effective, efficient transportation services for students. Please verify that your email address and all other contact information are updated and correct in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal as soon as possible to ensure you receive important information and updates regarding NCSD Transportation.

How to register for bus transportation
- Begin by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account through the NCSD website.
- Ensure your physical address is accurate in your profile.
- On the right side of the home screen, scroll down to Quick Links > Bus Registration Request link.
- If you have multiple students, you will need to register each student individually.
- Click the Bus Registration Request link and complete the required information.
- You will need your student’s ID number to complete this step.
- Your student’s number can be found on the Campus Parent homepage by clicking "Home" (example #2700XXXXX).

- It may take three to five business days to process the registration request.
- Once the request has been processed and a route has been assigned, the route information will be sent to your parent or guardian email.
