New Parent Portal user – first-time account creation
After you have completed the first step of the online registration process for your student or students, you will receive an email with your Parent Portal access information.

This email will include instructions on how to log in to your IC Parent Portal.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal: set-up email for account recovery
If your email shows as "unconfirmed," please click the "Resend Verification Email" link, then proceed to your personal email to validate the email. Once the email is validated, this will be the email address the Parent Portal uses for account recovery ("forgot password" and "forgot username").
To reset your username and password
Select the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Directions for the password reset process will be sent to the email address the district has on record for you. Please check your spam folder for this email.

Users can request to receive the forgotten username up to five times per day. On the sixth try, the user will be locked out of the account and will need to wait until the next day to try again. All usernames associated with the email address entered will be listed in the email.
