Photos: Washington Park comes alive as community celebrates new tennis courts
Community members, city leaders, and youth and high school tennis players gathered Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of six new tennis courts at Washington Park, marking a major milestone in the park's ongoing revival.
The new courts are part of the Washington Park Revival project, which began in 2022.
